Our Bristol Motor Speedway Irwin Tools Night Race (formerly Sharpie 500) tour and travel package includes excellent Bristol Sprint Cup race tickets high up in the Allison section rows 54-62 right above the start finish line (see picture) or seats in DW section rows 40-50 with side views of both pits!  Upgrades to 2 day Earnhardt Tower seat also available!  This is the single most coveted race ticket in NASCAR along with a beautiful resort property, roundtrip track transfers via luxury motor coach with beverages and a box lunch! Hotel: Crown Plaza Resort -  King OR Two double bed rooms -smoking or non-smoking available now. Please check your preference on reservation form and we will do our best to accommodate. Hotel is approx. 70 miles from racetrack. (We have a back way for the buses that eliminates most of the traffic !! ). Airport outside of Asheville, NC approx 12 miles.  2 night minimum.  Bus transfer included on Saturday and can be added for Friday. This will give the opportunity for those who cannot make the Nationwide race the opportunity to not have to pay for it.  This resort property offers many special amenities including an 18 hole golf course and beautiful pool area !!  This awe-inspiring scenery mountain area is the home of the Biltmore Estates & Winery (tours available) and the Historic Grove Park Inn. There is a lot to do in the Asheville/Blue Ridge Parkway area, so make it a special weekend getaway - see below for some special Asheville area highlights !  We will do our best to accommodate smoking/non-smoking rooms. Extra Room Nights are  $149/night including all taxes

TRACK TRANSFERS: As in the past, we will make every attempt if we have enough people to have a choice of a party bus or a quiet bus for your convenience !
( It's just that - Quiet if you like the quieter ride - Party for those who want to drink a little and carry on in a Fun but NOT RUDE fashion) If you have a preference, In that we do put beverages including beer on the busses for your pleasure,  the quiet bus - if it is separate, will not have alcoholic beverages. PLEASE write your preference where indicated on your reservation form.  
Friday  - bus leaves NOON or 4PM if participation is enough for this. Otherwise, a 4 PM bus will be the only option  (pls choose your PREFERRED transfer time on order form as well as your Party/Quiet preference)
(hotel has 4 pm check - in. We cannot guarantee early check in unless you come in on Thursday but they will and always have done their best to get everyone into their rooms early !  Rooms will be available after that as they are cleaned and readied by hotel. Many clients choose to add a Thursday night stay to come in early and relax so they are ready for the early bus ride!! )
Saturday - All buses leave at about 10:30AM on Saturday. A box lunch and beverages for the ride will also be included on Saturday.

* Pre-programmed scanners will be available for rent at all locations where Racin' Connection has a private hospitality tent. One day rental is $35, entire weekend is $50. $15 extra headset.  Scanners must be reserved in advance - an order form is available upon request.

Flying In ?
The most convenient Airport if you can get a reasonable fare is right in Asheville, NC.( approx 20 min )  It is actually an international airport. Other airports that some people like to fly into and their approximate distances/times are : Spartanburg Sc (77 mi/1 hr 20 min),  Charlotte, NC Airport (125mi/2 hrs 10 min), Raleigh NC Airport (238 mi/4 hrs) Tri Cities Airport - Johnson City (76 Mi/ 90 minutes, Knoxville TN (125 mi/2 hrs 15 min) .  If you are arriving at the Asheville airport the Yellow cab 828-253-3311 is probably the cheaper service that you can get over to the hotel. You can call in advance and have them schedule your transfers from the airport. Tell them that you are with the Racing Connection - they may give you a discount!
